Our story

Forty years of practice, one continuity of method.

The firm was established in Milan in 1985, when Dott. Raffaele Umbriano registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants. Over the years the practice has concentrated on the work that demands the most study and the most responsibility: international taxation, corporate structuring, holding companies and investment vehicles.

From Milan the practice extended to the places where our clients operate: London, Lugano, Moscow and, since 2007, the United Arab Emirates, where the group today has a permanent presence through two operating companies.

What has not changed is the way we work. Every engagement begins with a study phase, because advice given without knowing the facts is not advice: it is a risk. And every engagement ends with someone who keeps following it.

    Dott. Raffaele Umbriano registers with ODCEC Milan and begins practising.

  • 2000sInternational specialisation

    The practice concentrates on international taxation, holding companies and investment vehicles.

  • 2007Presence in the Emirates

    Permanent activity begins in the United Arab Emirates, today one of the firm’s main axes.

  • 2024OutstandingLife Group

    Outstanding Life International FZC and Outstanding Tax & Accounting FZC are founded, providing corporate and tax presence on the ground.

  • 2026Datahive Consulting Limited

    The European arm is added, based in Cyprus, for cross-border projects within the Union.
